By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and agree to the processing of information in accordance with applicable Indian law.

DoctorProfiler is not intended to maintain patient medical records. Users should not submit confidential medical reports, prescriptions or sensitive patient information unless specifically requested through an authorised process.

3. Doctor Profile Information

DoctorProfiler may display professional information obtained from doctors, authorised persons and lawful public or institutional sources.

A doctor's profile may include information which has not been personally submitted or approved by that doctor.

Public profile information may be indexed, cached or reproduced by search engines and independent third parties. DoctorProfiler cannot control copies created outside its Platform.

4. Verification Disclaimer

Terms such as Verified, Registration Verified, Source Supported, Doctor Provided or Reviewed relate only to the status or source of information displayed on the Platform.

They do not constitute any certification, recommendation, endorsement or guarantee of:

medical competence;
treatment quality;
professional conduct;
suitability for any patient;
diagnosis;
treatment results; or
clinical outcomes.

Users must independently evaluate and select healthcare professionals.

5. Information Accuracy

DoctorProfiler makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current professional information, but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Budgetix LLP reserves the right to correct, update, annotate, restrict or remove any information considered inaccurate, misleading, outdated, disputed or unlawful.

6. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with authorised service providers where reasonably required for:

Budgetix LLP does not control and shall not be responsible for the privacy practices, content, services, representations, acts or omissions of independent third parties.

12. No Medical Advice

DoctorProfiler is an information and technology platform only.

Nothing available on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, medical recommendation or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

DoctorProfiler is not a hospital, clinic, healthcare provider or emergency medical service.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Budgetix LLP, DoctorProfiler, its partners, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or other loss arising from or relating to:

inaccurate, incomplete or outdated profile information;
reliance upon information displayed on DoctorProfiler;
selection of any doctor or healthcare professional;
diagnosis, treatment or medical outcome;
acts or omissions of doctors, hospitals, clinics or third parties;
interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
technical malfunction;
loss of data;
cyberattack, unauthorised access or third-party security incident;
third-party websites or services; or
any decision made on the basis of information available through DoctorProfiler.

DoctorProfiler acts solely as an information platform and does not assume responsibility for professional or medical services provided by any doctor or healthcare institution.

Nothing herein excludes any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

14. No Warranty

DoctorProfiler is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

Budgetix LLP does not warrant uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, completeness, error-free operation, medical suitability or specific results from use of the Platform.

15. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users and persons submitting information to DoctorProfiler agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budgetix LLP, DoctorProfiler and their partners, employees and affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from:

false or unauthorised submissions;
impersonation;
misuse of the Platform;
infringement of third-party rights;
violation of law; or
breach of Platform terms or policies.

16. Applicable Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including applicable data-protection, information-technology and other laws in force from time to time.

17. Exclusive Jurisdiction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, PROCEEDINGS OR LEGAL MATTERS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO DOCTORPROFILER, BUDGETIX LLP, THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE SUBJECT EXCLUSIVELY TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMPETENT COURTS AND TRIBUNALS AT LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA.

Nothing in this clause shall override the jurisdiction of any statutory authority where such jurisdiction cannot legally be excluded.
