By accessing or using DoctorProfiler.com (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

DoctorProfiler is a professional information and doctor-discovery platform. It may display information relating to doctors, including qualifications, medical registration, experience, specialties, professional affiliations and practice locations.

DoctorProfiler is not a hospital, clinic, healthcare provider, medical advisor or emergency service.

2. No Medical Advice or Endorsement

Information available on DoctorProfiler is for general informational and professional-discovery purposes only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, recommendation or endorsement of any doctor.

Labels such as Verified, Registration Verified, Source Supported, Doctor Provided or Reviewed relate only to information status or source and do not guarantee medical competence, treatment quality or clinical outcomes.

3. Accuracy of Information

DoctorProfiler may obtain information from doctors, authorised representatives, public records, medical councils, hospitals, institutions and other lawful sources.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain accurate information, Budgetix LLP does not guarantee that every profile or information displayed is complete, accurate, current or error-free.

DoctorProfiler may modify, correct, restrict, suspend or remove information or profiles at its discretion where reasonably necessary.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must not:

submit false, misleading or unauthorised information;
impersonate another person or doctor;
misuse doctor or user information;
attempt unauthorised access to the Platform;
scrape, copy or systematically extract Platform data without permission;
introduce malware or interfere with Platform operation; or
use DoctorProfiler for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts involved in misuse may be restricted, suspended or terminated.

5. Intellectual Property

DoctorProfiler's branding, design, software, database structure, original content and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Budgetix LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or redistributed without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks and professional information remain subject to their respective rights.

6. Third-Party Services

DoctorProfiler may provide links, contact details or references to doctors, hospitals, clinics or other third parties.

Budgetix LLP is not responsible for independent third-party services, representations, actions, omissions, privacy practices or transactions.

Any interaction between a user and a healthcare professional or institution is undertaken independently of DoctorProfiler.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Budgetix LLP, DoctorProfiler and their partners, employees, affiliates or service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss arising from:

reliance on Platform information;
inaccurate, incomplete or outdated profiles;
selection or consultation of any doctor;
medical diagnosis, treatment, negligence or outcome;
acts or omissions of doctors, hospitals or third parties;
Platform downtime or technical failure;
loss of data or unauthorised access; or
third-party websites or services.

DoctorProfiler acts solely as an information and technology platform and assumes no responsibility for medical services provided by any healthcare professional.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. No Warranty

DoctorProfiler is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability, absolute accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

9. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Budgetix LLP and DoctorProfiler against claims, losses, liabilities or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, false submissions, impersonation, infringement of third-party rights or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Privacy

Use of DoctorProfiler is also governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes & Termination

Budgetix LLP may update these Terms or modify, suspend or discontinue any part of DoctorProfiler when reasonably required.

Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS OR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO DOCTORPROFILER, BUDGETIX LLP OR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE SUBJECT EXCLUSIVELY TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE COMPETENT COURTS AND TRIBUNALS AT LUCKNOW, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA.
